At WatchNation, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn watches in their original packaging. Our streamlined process ensures a quick and secure way to handle your exchange or refund requests.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your WatchNation account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Secure the Timepiece

  Place the watch back in its original presentation box with all manuals, tags, and warranty cards included, ensuring the package is padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it securely to the outside of your shipping carton, covering any previous barcodes.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the watch's condition, we will process your full refund or dispatch your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
